3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• Annual subscription: $1,188/year
• Enterprise plans: Custom pricing
• All prices in USD unless otherwise specified

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Invoices provided for all transactions
• No refunds for partial periods

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operations
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Resell or redistribute services without authorization
• Use services for illegal gambling operations

6. API Usage

6.1 Rate Limits

• Standard: 1,000 requests per hour
• Enterprise: Custom limits based on agreement
• Burst limit: 100 requests per minute

6.2 API Terms

• API keys are confidential and non-transferable
• Caching permitted for up to 15 minutes
• Attribution required when displaying data
• Commercial use requires enterprise agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Blaze Intelligence and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your License

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZE INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Damages exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaze Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or our systems

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

14. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
